The challenge
Fund tracking and financial reporting were handled manually across the college's accounts, which made allocation errors easy to miss and audit prep slow, with no real-time view for the people who needed one.
Our approach
We built role-based access (Root Admin, Accountant, and custom permission levels) around a real-time database so every user saw the same live numbers instead of reconciling separate copies of a ledger.
