Responsibilities
- Run discovery workshops and translate findings into user flows
- Design high-fidelity interfaces and maintain project design systems
- Conduct usability testing on prototypes before build begins
- Collaborate closely with engineering during the build phase
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in product design for digital products
- Strong Figma skills and a portfolio of shipped work
- Comfortable presenting design decisions directly to clients
Nice to have
- Front-end coding literacy
- Experience with design systems at scale
